Mr. Hashimoto is one
of the cofounders of Tokyo-HIrakawa, LLP. He started his
regal carrier in 1986 after servicing for Japanese Central
Governments for 15 years. He selected an officer with
Central Government, although he was eligible for attorney
at law just after graduation of University. These experience
developed human relationship with many officers of central
and local governments, who are now his clients. He serves
as a special counsel to Matsudo-ciry near Tokyo in giving
lectures to officers thereof. Mr. Hashimoto published
many books or articles relating to intellectual property
matters together with one of his friends, a professor
of Tokyo University. The professor has influences over
lawyers including quite a few judges of courts, students
of school of law, businessman involving in intellectual
property matters. Therefore, His discussion before courts
is persuasive too.
Mr. Hashimoto has been responsible for
general agreements, especially computer software development
agreement, international transaction agreement, municipal
and other governments law issues and labor issues.
